We are excited to be bringing the Cohan Collective to Birmingham in the summer of 2020. This 2 week intensive (phase 1) is an opportunity for choreographers and composers to work with dancers and musicians in a mentored environment. There will not be an end product, it is a place to learn new skills and be challenged. Tasks are set to expand your knowledge and focus on collaborating with other artists. You will come away with new ideas and new ways to approach your art form. This is not a residency to create a new work but to collaboratively create ideas for future work.

Please note that our aim is to work with a group of artists over a three year period to help develop their artistry. Although you may not know if you are available for each phase of the Cohan Collective we will only be looking at artists who would like to take part in each phase although not essential that you do all of the three phases if a situation arises that does not allow for full participation.
