Beth James

Dancer

Beth began her training on the Centre for Advanced Training programme at The Place, before studying at London Contemporary Dance School. An emotive and expressive dancer who thrives in highly technical, improvised and theatrical work, Beth is open minded and curious, always committing fully to whatever a project or performance requires of her. Her training highlights include performing at the Victoria and Albert Museum in Hand in Glove choreographed by Lea Anderson; working with choreographer James Cousins and collaborating with a designer from Wimbledon College of Art to perform in a new work. Beth graduated from London Contemporary Dance School in 2016 with First Class Honours. Most recently she was selected for the Cohan Collective (2016) choreographic residency, led by Robert Cohan CBE. Beth is delighted to be joining EDge and is looking forward to working with the broad range of choreographers and touring internationally.
